By accessing or using VolleyVision, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

VolleyVision is an AI-powered volleyball training application that provides:

  • Video analysis of volleyball technique using artificial intelligence
  • Personalized training recommendations and coaching
  • Progress tracking and performance analytics
  • Step-by-step tutorials and skill development resources
  • Interactive AI coaching chat

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload content that violates others' rights or contains harmful material
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Video Content and Analysis

When you upload videos for analysis:

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content
  • You grant us a license to process and analyze your videos using AI technology
  • Videos are stored securely and used solely for providing analysis services
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
  • You can request deletion of your videos at any time

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VolleyVision uses artificial intelligence to provide training recommendations. Please note:

  • AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only
  • Recommendations should not replace professional coaching or medical advice
  • Practice volleyball skills at your own risk and within your physical capabilities
  • Consult with qualified coaches and medical professionals before starting any new training program
  • We do not guarantee specific performance improvements or results

6. Subscription and Payments

VolleyVision may offer subscription-based premium features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to App Store/Google Play policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • VolleyVision is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for injuries sustained while using training recommendations
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

8. Intellectual Property

All App content, features, and functionality are owned by VolleyVision and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VolleyVision at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VolleyVision operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
